Social media creators have been taking platforms by storm. Despite keeping these apps relevant with the very content that attracts people to use them, large platforms (we know who) still do not provide creator funds. That is why it is important to support independent creators.

The creators listed below positively impact the discourse around ADHD and its legitimacy in the public eye. Each with their own unique approach, their content shines a light on the regular struggles of life with ADHD and proposes solutions with a ting of humor from their lived experiences.

For members new and old of the ADHD community, we would recommend bingeing any of the following creators positive screen time! If you haven't done already, check them out and follow.

This creator comes in first on our non-ranked list for his incredible one man show you can check out on all major social media platforms. Connor is able to connect with the life experiences of millions in 1 minute or less videos with his relatable story telling techniques, utilizing humor and a clear mind for hacking the common ADHD struggles.

#2: Jessica McCabe

The creator behind the most popular ADHD focused YouTube channel, 'How To ADHD', Jessica McCabe is a resource of positive change in the free availability of education around ADHD. Jessica refers to her channel as her "ADHD Toolbox" and boy should you think of her as the friendly neighbor who will let you borrow a tool any time from their massive workshop. Her channel is a treasure trove of good ideas, inspiration and information regarding ADHD.

From a profession in graphic design, Dani found an audience online as she explained and shared the struggles of living a life with ADHD. Her art and comics, able to genuinely illustrate and explain the difficult topics around ADHD, connect to the stories and experiences of thousands. She has recently authored and illustrated a book she deserves an honorary doctorate for, it is full of amazing and creative techniques to get things done.
