The tiniest challenge of 2023 is coming to the end on 31st January! If you participated in the Tiny Challenge at all, even if you didn't make it all the way to the end – congratulations!
Small changes have a huge impact over time and you can always pick up where you left off to establish your new desired habit. We will also have more challenges throughout the year for you to get that little extra push.
Here is an inspirational quote to illustrate the bigger picture of establishing new habits and routines:

Just as your past has led you to who you are today, your actions today can set you up for bigger things tomorrow and into the future. This month's accomplishment, participating in this challenge is the first among many steps you can take, and just by merely taking these initial steps you are closer to that future self today than you were at the beginning of this year.
Imagine yourself at the finish line, it is almost here. Just a few more minutes of effort and you will have completed this challenge. When you do, do not forget to pat yourself on the back and take notice that this is an accomplishment.

- Screenshot your January 'Past Routines' calendar located on the 'Achievements' tab in the Brili app.
- Head to the app 'Settings' and copy or screenshot your User ID
- Email us these 2 screenshots with the text "I DID IT, I COMPLETED THE TINIEST CHALLENGE OF 2023!" at firstname.lastname@example.org
- We will contact you when we have received and reviewed your entry. If you are selected, you can look forward to your prize!
