Earlier this year, we had announced the likely end of our service on December 18th, 2018 because a major change to our technical infrastructure was required and we couldn't afford to do it.
After that note went out, we were overwhelmed by the kind and generous responses of customers worldwide, many of them offering to provide assistance. Hope was soon rekindled that a solution might be possible...
With time ticking away, the leaves changing colours and no word from us, you might have wondered if you would ever hear another update about Brili.
We're sorry it took so long. We had to carefully figure out an approach that would be best for Brili customers in the long term.
I'm happy to share today that we now have a plan in place that will not only allow our service to continue beyond December 18th, but will also ensure Brili's ongoing enhancement in the coming years.
We're going to share more details in the next few weeks. I want to thank everyone who took the time to let us know how important Brili was to you. Our customers are the reason we've come this far and the force that will carry us forward.
